Here is what we collect and why, in plain words with no fine-print games. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it gone, just ask.
What we collect
The basics, kept tight
What we collect
Only what we need. That covers replying to your enquiry, running an audit, delivering your work and managing newsletter consent. Client systems are scoped with data ownership, access and export in mind from the start.
Newsletter and enquiries
Newsletter capture stores your email, the source, a consent timestamp and active status where Supabase is configured. No live marketing emails go out until the send path is approved. Enquiry details are used to reply to you, nothing more.
Where it lives
Your enquiry and newsletter data sit in the accounts we run the site on. The one third party in the picture is Google Analytics, covered below. Any client work we deliver lives in your own systems, which is covered in more detail on our security page.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages earn their place: pages viewed, how far down you read, and whether you clicked through to book a call. We turn off Google's advertising and personalisation storage, so this is counting, not ad profiling, and we do not build advertising audiences from it. We never send your name, email or enquiry text to Google. Browser Do Not Track and any content blocker you run are both respected.
Who can see it
Only the people who need to. We do not share or sell your data. If you ask what we hold about you, or ask us to remove it, we will do that plainly and without hoops.
Want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed? Just ask. For how client build data is handled, see our security page.
